Refund Policy

RayMeds greatly takes care of its orders. Right from taking order to packaging to shipping to checking quality of medicines, etc. it keeps eye on every activity. But still, if due to any reason order does not reaches on time or takes more in reaching than specified time, then refund policy of comes into effect. Customer satisfaction is our main aim, thus we follow clear refund policy. There are certain conditions on whose fulfillment only full refund will be entitled. Here are they:

If order reaches you in damaged form or if you get dissimilar drug than that you have ordered, in such case we reship the order again free of cost, or repay entire money back.

If the order does not reaches in specified period of time, in that case you can call or mail our customer support to find out the reason for delay. If during probe it is found that delay was due to our mistake, then we will reship the order free of cost. If you want the money back, then the refund will calculate the type of consignment method purchaser has chosen.

If express shipment method is used for shipping, it means order is trackable. If after shipping through express shipment, order does not reaches on time you may ask us for tracking your order. If we are unable to prove that your order was dispatched on time or at right address, OR it was late due to our delay we will initiate a full refund.

Note: Returns will not be accepted without RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Refunds when made will be propel out to the starting credit card bank account of the purchaser.

Drugs that were shipped earlier will not be taken back nor any refund will be given on them.
